Cancellation Policy
Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows time for another waiting guest to schedule in your spot. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% charge of your original service scheduled will be charged.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment & don’t alert me, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without giving me a heads up, it will be assumed you are not coming and will be charge 100%.
However, I understand life happens; if you know you're running late but are on your way, please text me ahead of time. I will let you know if I still have ample time to perform your service.
